Dear Students:
The following are the explanations for the waiting list.

1. Check the allocation results: https://housing.ntu.edu.tw/waiting/index/id/1132. All applicants get a waiting list number, which will be supplemented starting from the winter vacation. You will receive the email notice sequentially if an empty bed is available. Notification will be emailed to your NTU mailbox.
2. To check in your rooms, you must bring the original copies of your household registry (including both parents). Both the applicant and their parents must not have been registered residents of Taipei City or any of the following districts in New Taipei City—Banqiao, Sanchong, Zhonghe, Yonghe, Xinzhuang, Xindian, Shulin, Yingge, Sanxia, Tamsui, Xizhi, Tucheng, Luzhou, Wugu, Taishan, Shenkeng, or Bali—within the two years before the application date. Those who do not meet the application requirements will cancel their accommodation eligibility on the spot and not be provided with a room.
3. Students who take a leave of absence must be re-enrolled by the time they are assigned to a dormitory.
4. The current waiting list will be active until April 11, 2025.
5. Undergraduate students who newly move into the dormitories starting from the 2024-2025 academic year are expected to participate in the lottery to extend their stay in March each year. Only those who are successful in the lottery can continue to live in the on-campus dormitory in the next academic year. Those not selected must check out at the end of summer accommodation (August 9, 2025).
6. Those who must terminate their residency at Prince House must pay one month's rent as liquidated damages.
7. To apply for Prince-House dormitories, please use Prince House's website https://ntudorm.prince.com.tw to join the midterm waiting list. For further inquiries, please contact Prince-House at【Shui Yuan】Phone: 02-23631066＃20199 or【Chang Hsing】Phone: 02-23770199＃10129.
8. You may simultaneously join the waiting lists for on-campus dormitories and Prince House but must choose one should you be accommodated.
9. If you want to apply after the due date, contact the Student Housing Service Division, Ms. Fanting Cheng, by email at fanting0310@ntu.edu.tw or by phone at 02-3366-2266. We will put you on the last number on the waiting list.
